11 hours a week during opening hours (Evenings 4.45-10.15pm & weekends 8.15am-4.45pm) 52 weeks per year 

Salary: pro rata £8002 (FTE £26,918)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Being friendly, approachable, and passionate about our Leisure Centre. 
  • Building and nurturing positive relationships with current members to enhance retention and referral business.
  • Being the first point of contact for any member inquiries.
  • Possessing knowledge of gym standards, safety protocols, and fostering a clean, supportive environment.
  • Maintaining fitness equipment
  • Financial management
  • Health and safety regulations
  • Staff Management
  • Hiring and training other staff members
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Handle customer inquiries 
  • Undertaking administrative tasks
  • Oversee daily gym operations
  • Conducting gym tours, gym inductions, personal programmes and Prescription to Exercise sessions.
