High Level Behaviour Support Worker
Required for September 2026
35 hours per week, Grade D (£27,780 to £30,564 FTE)
8.30am – 4.00pm
Term Time only plus Inset days
Pro rata salary £22,478 to £24,730
We are seeking a compassionate, resilient and highly organised High Level Behaviour Support Worker to join our pastoral team.
This rewarding role is centred on supporting students to overcome barriers to learning, develop positive behaviours and achieve their full potential. Working alongside the Behaviour Support Leader, you will provide high-quality support for students who require additional behavioural and emotional guidance, helping them successfully engage with school life and make positive choices.
You will play a key role within the school's High Level Behaviour Provision, including the Internal Exclusion Centre (IEC) and Withdrawal Room, providing a calm, structured and supportive environment where students can reflect, regulate and continue with their learning. You will also work closely with a defined cohort of students with complex behavioural and emotional needs, helping them develop the confidence, resilience and strategies they need to thrive both academically and personally.
