IT Customer Service Assistant
30 hours per week, 9.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday, term time only (39 weeks). Grade B – Step 1 Actual Annual Salary £16,708.68 (FTE £24,027).

In this vital role, you'll be the first point of contact for our staff and students, providing essential first-line IT support and managing our equipment booking system. You'll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment that utilizes both Windows and Mac operating systems, supports personal devices, and maintains its own comprehensive IT infrastructure.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing friendly and efficient first-line IT support to staff and students.
- Operating and managing the school's IT equipment booking system.
- Responding to queries and resolving basic IT issues, such as password resets.
- Accurately logging support requests using our ticket system and escalating complex issues to the IT Technicians.
- Contributing to a smooth and effective IT experience for the entire school community.
- Updating school social media accounts/posts.
