This is an exceptionally exciting time to join Overton. We have just appointed a new experienced Head Teacher who will also start in September 2026. 

We are restructuring our leadership team and are looking for an Inclusion Manager. This is a really exciting opportunity to work in a highly performing and innovative school. there may be an opportunity for an Assistant Head Teacher position depending upon experience. 

 

We are looking for candidates who:  

  • Have a ‘can do’ attitude and consistently demonstrate leadership behaviours  
  • Are passionate about children and staff achieving their best 
  • Are able to develop positive relationships with parents and other professionals to get the best for children and families 
  • Can manage and foster excellent relationships across the whole school community
  • Have an experience of coaching, mentoring and facilitating adult learning
