Forest Edge Learning Federation, is a partnership of three small schools that work closely together to provide a quality education for the children in our area - Breamore, Hale and Hyde. At our OFSTED inspection in November 2023, we were judged as a good school with outstanding for personal development. We are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic 1:1 Learning support assistant to join our friendly federation team.The role is based mainly at Hale Primary School with an occasional requirement to support at our other schools.
The successful applicant will:
be motivated and be able to work independently and with initiative
be a team player who has a ‘can do’ attitude
have experience of working with children
have an inclusive ethos in supporting children with additional needs
Have an understanding of ASD and ADHD
be caring and professional
have an understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding procedures
Good verbal and written communication skills
