THE FEDERATION OF WINKLEBURY INFANT AND JUNIOR SCHOOLS

 

KS1 and 2 Learning Support Assistant – Federation of Winklebury Infant and Junior Schools

 

Temporary position until Easter 2026

 30 hours per week

 

FTE £24,796-£26,244

Pro-rata £17,637.84-£18,667.92

 

Term time plus 1 week

 

Required ASAP

 

We require a confident, caring person with experience in a school setting to work across the Federation.

We are looking for someone who has the following attributes: 

·         Able to work as a member of a team using your initiative 

·         Excellent communication skills 

·         Ability to work under pressure with good time management skills 

·         Able to demonstrate a commitment to enabling children to do their best 

·         Able to think creatively and adapt learning to motivate and meet needs

·         A calm and positive approach 

·         An understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding procedures 

·         A willingness to work with children with varying levels of need


 
Salary will be Grade B or Grade C, scale point depending upon experience and skills.
