Job Introduction
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly team of hard working and dedicated staff. The role will involve supporting a child in class as a 1:1.
The successful candidate should:
- Have a good standard of general education (GSCE grades A-C in English and Maths)
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to support the class teacher in the delivery of learning activities for individuals or groups of children
- Have an understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding

Working hours: 8:45 – 3:20 Monday to Friday, term time only
HCC Support staff grade B/C depending upon experience (hourly rate £12.85 - £13.60)
