Job Introduction
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly team at Crofton Hammond Junior school. This is a key role in ensuring our pupils have a safe, happy, and enjoyable lunchtime experience. You will be responsible for supervising children in the dining hall and on the playground, encouraging healthy eating and helping younger pupils with their meals where needed. You’ll promote good manners and positive behaviour, support children in their play, and help to create an inclusive and engaging lunchtime environment. You’ll also ensure the welfare and safety of all pupils, administer basic first aid if required, and report any incidents in line with school procedures.
