Maternity Cover - HTLA Cover supervisor
We are looking for an enthusiastic Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to cover classes across the school. You will need to be confident in the delivery of learning across the curriculum. We will consider splitting the role between KS1 and KS2 if necessary. The role will be temporary initially, with a potential to becoming permanent for the right candidate.
You will need to:
- Be able to support in the delivery of high-quality learning experiences for all pupils
- Have high expectations of learning and behaviour and inspire and motivate our children
- Be supportive, nurturing, understanding and confident in handling children with complex needs
- Seek to make learning an exciting and positive experience
- Communicate well with parents, carers and members of staff, as well as pupils
- Work well as part of a team
- Be willing to contribute to school life outside of the classroom
