Grade E £32,149 – £35,241 FTE depending on experience

Actual: £26,941 - £29.532

36.25 hours per week – Monday- Friday 08:15 – 16.00– term time only 

Bartley C Of E Junior School are seeking a positive, highly motivated and enthusiastic person to manage our new Resourced Provision (SEMH). You will work within a brand-new, purpose-built part of our highly inclusive school and you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to young children and their families. 

Job Purpose:

To work alongside our Deputy Headteacher, SENDCO, safeguarding team and teaching staff to co-ordinate support for children with SEMH needs within the Resourced Provision (RP) to ensure they receive high-quality, inclusive support. 

The Resourced Provision (RP) Manager will be involved in delivering teaching to children as well as developing other staff and building their confidence to support children with SEMH needs.

The postholder will have a good understanding of social, emotional, and mental health issues affecting young people, along with knowledge of relevant support strategies and interventions. They will also have experience of working with children or young people in a pastoral or support role. 

The postholder is responsible for the operational management, staff oversight, curriculum planning, and pastoral care of RP pupils, while fostering strong partnerships with families, professionals, and school staff.
