Job Introduction

We are a school for pupils aged 4-11years old. All of our children have learning difficulties, and most have autism, and we are currently developing our provision for children with more severe and complex learning difficulties in response to the level of need in our local area.

If you are a qualified or experienced school business manager, or have been in an equivalent role in industry, educated to degree level, with a secure knowledge of health and safety, premises, risk, procurement, financial and asset management, you could be working in our unique environment. Your work will help deliver incredible opportunities for the school and the children and families we serve. 

On paper, this role involves leading and managing the business, premises and facilities systems; spotting and delivering business potential and managing teams of staff to deliver targets. In reality, you’ll be inspiring teachers, parents, governors and pupils. We’re looking for innovation, not simply the tried-and-tested. Our high expectations will require new ways of thinking, collaborative links and actively seeking new opportunities. We will provide a programme of induction, training and support.
