Job / Person Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Science Technician to join our dynamic Science Department. The successful candidate will lead on practical preparation, maintain equipment, support teaching staff and help ensure smooth running of the Science Technician department. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, excellent organisation skills and a passion for Science Education. 

This post is for 37 hours per weeks for 40 weeks of the year (including INSET days). Start time between 8am and 8.15am. Finish time between 4pm and 4.30pm.

Salary: £24,371 per annum (FTE £27,780 per annum), Grade D1

Start: September 2026
