Job Introduction
Forest Edge Learning Federation, is a partnership of three small schools that work closely together to provide a quality education for the children in Breamore, Hale and Hyde. At our last OFSTED inspections, we were judged as good schools with outstanding for personal development. We are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic site assistant to join our friendly federation team. The role is likely to be based at a day per school per week.
The successful applicant will:
- be motivated and be able to work independently and with initiative
- be a team player who has a ‘can do’ attitude
- have experience of groundwork, hedge cutting and basic gardening/pruning skills , property and grounds maintenance, decorating, basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills
- be caring and professional
- have an understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding procedures
- have good verbal and written communication skills
