SITE SERVICES ASSISTANT 

 

36 hours per week / 52 weeks per year (holiday entitlement 28 days increasing to 30 days following 5 years’ service)

 

Salary: £24,816 - £25,346 per annum (according to experience)

Work Schedule:  Monday to Thursday 1.30pm to 9.30pm 

Saturday 8am to 2pm

Part-time hours can be considered

An opportunity to join the team exists for a site services assistant who will work closely with colleagues to ensure our campus is always in the best possible condition for our students, staff and community users.

Working as part of a professional site and facilities team your duties will include.

 

  • Ensuring the highest standards of site cleanliness and safety are maintained

 

  • Acting as point of contact for visiting contractors

 

  • Liaising with users of the site ensuring facilities are ready for use in line with internal and external bookings

 

  • This role will involve some lone working within established procedures

 

This role would suit a practical individual with a positive can-do attitude. Previous experience not essential as a full induction and training programme will be provided to the successful applicant.
