About the role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Class Teacher to join our dedicated team and inspire a love of learning across the primary phase. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, well-planned lessons that promote progress, curiosity, and achievement for all pupils. With a strong focus on creating a safe and inclusive environment, you will uphold high standards of professionalism, behaviour, and safeguarding while working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a reflective practitioner who is eager to contribute fully to school life and make a positive difference in the lives of our children.
We are seeking someone who:
• Is a great teacher with a passion for their profession and a can-do attitude
• Is committed to continually raising the standards of learning and teaching in the school
• Constantly strives for their personal best and is a reflective practitioner with a desire to learn and grow as a teacher
• Works in partnership with colleagues, parents and children
• Has excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
• Has a strongly-rooted, inclusive approach and a commitment to meeting the needs of all groups of learners regardless of aptitude or barriers to learning
