Teacher of Drama

As a successful Expressive and Performing Arts Faculty, we are seeking an innovative, highly effective, and inspirational full time Drama teacher to join us commencing in April 2026 or September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a thriving department committed to excellence in Arts education. An April start would be preferred but we will consider September start for the right candidate. 

Brighton Hill Community School has been rated as ‘Good’ with Outstanding in three of the four Ofsted categories. We are a coeducational 11-16 Community School with over 1250 students. The successful candidate will teach across KS3 and KS4 as a member of the Expressive and Performing Arts Faculty. You will be able to demonstrate a range of abilities and aspirations to make a significant and positive contribution to the vision of the school and faculty.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Skilled in analysing data to inform and improve student progress.
  • Able to make a significant contribution to the development of the Expressive and Performing Arts Faculty.
  • Willing to play a significant role in the development and organisation of extracurricular and enrichment opportunities for students within the Expressive and Performing Arts Faculty.
