                        Teacher of PE

Pay Range:  MPR or UPR

 Start date: February Half Term or Summer Term 2025

 We are seeking to appoint a talented, dedicated, enthusiastic and inspirational male teacher of Physical Education. The successful candidate would need to teach a second subject.  This post is open to experienced teachers or ECTs looking to start their career in a caring and supportive school with close ties to training and induction providers.  We are focused on getting the right person for the role irrespective of their career stage.  

At The Clere School, an 11-16 Comprehensive, we are fortunate to serve wonderful, friendly, and polite students with supportive parents and governors.   We have a uniquely small but growing secondary school, with numbers joining us each September increasing year on year.  Our school provides a nurturing but achievement focused community for our students.  Our school ethos and philosophy are embodied by The Clere Way; Integrity, Community and Respect.  The school is in an idyllic rural location, a short journey from the A34, convenient for local candidates and commuters.

  • have the highest expectations of themselves and the behaviour and achievement of students
