The Skylark Federation (Appleshaw St Peter's CofE Primary School and Kimpton, Thruxton & Fyfield CofE Primary School) is seeking an outstanding teacher with a passion for SEND to join our team as SENCo (Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator). This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to lead and contribute at a strategic level, while making a real difference in the lives of our children.
Your Role:
- Lead on SEND: Oversee the strategic development and implementation of our SEND provision across the federation
- Expert Guidance: Provide professional support and guidance to colleagues on all matters relating to SEND
- Empowering Children: Develop and deliver high-qulaity interventions for children with SEND, ensuring they reach their full potential
- Inspiring Leader: Model and demonstrate outstanding teaching, particularly for children with SEND
- Strategic Visionary: Be part of the senior leadership team, contributing to the federation's vision and strategic goals

- A qualified teacher with a proven track record of success in inclusive education
- A strong commitment to supporting children with SEND and a passion for making a positive impact
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with colleagues, parents and external agencies
- Strategic thinking and leadership potential, with a commitment to continuous improvement
