Senior Admin Assistant – Maternity Cover

Job Introduction

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Admin Assistant with a calm, friendly, flexible approach, who would thrive in an environment where no two days are the same.

 Administrative duties will mainly cover these areas:

·         Supporting the Senior Leadership Team

·         Educational Visits Coordinator (EVC) & Welfare

·         School trips, events, and other products

·         School Marketing and Communication, including overseeing the school website, social media accounts and newsletters to staff and parents

·         Supporting Attendance requirements

·         Provide support to the administration team as needed due to cover needs

You will be one of our named first aiders, carry out EVC duties, and work alongside our Welfare and EVC Officer, including providing cover in our medical room. ICT skills are essential, you must be competent in the use of Office 365 and be able to pick up IT information systems easily.

Training for this role can be provided for the right candidate.

This role is fixed term to provide maternity cover from January 2025 until March 2026. There may be an opportunity for this to become permanent.
